Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a specialized, clinical form of manual therapy that focuses on how your muscles and nervous system interact—and how dysfunction in that system leads to pain, tightness, and poor movement.
Each session begins with a brief assessment to identify tight, overactive muscles and areas that aren’t functioning properly, followed by precise, intentional treatment that may include muscle work, assisted stretching, and movement-based techniques.
